Sayer Ji is the founder of Restore the First, a citizens’ coalition organized around the six named plaintiffs in Finn v. Global Engagement Center — the federal case that documented, and the courts have so far declined to reach on the merits, the largest government-directed censorship operation in American history.

He is a researcher, author, publisher, and educator whose work bridges peer-reviewed science with practical health sovereignty. Since 2008 he has published GreenMedInfo.com — the world’s most widely referenced, evidence-based natural-health research resource, indexing tens of thousands of biomedical studies from the National Library of Medicine’s PubMed database. GreenMedInfo serves physicians, clinicians, researchers, and consumers worldwide, and by the mid-2020s reached more than a million visits per month.

He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Global Wellness Forum, an international network of physicians, scientists, and public-health professionals coordinating cross-border research, policy, and advocacy. He is a co-founder of Stand for Health Freedom, the state-legislative operation that has driven millions of citizen contacts to lawmakers on informed-consent and health-freedom policy. Why he founded Restore the First.

In 2021, GreenMedInfo was one of twelve accounts named on the Center for Countering Digital Hate’s “Disinformation Dozen” list. The White House cited that list. A United States senator cited it. Platforms acted on it. GreenMedInfo’s reach was cut by more than half. Its accounts were suspended or removed across major platforms. Its businesses were demonetized. Its readership, built over more than a decade, was systematically constrained.

Sayer became one of the six named plaintiffs in Finn v. Global Engagement Center, the federal action that sought to hold accountable the specific offices that had directed the platform pressure. In July 2026, the case was dismissed on procedural grounds without the court ever reaching the constitutional questions. That dismissal — and the parallel dismissals in Murthy v. Missouri and its successors — left the constitutional injury intact and unremedied.

Restore the First was organized to build what the courts have so far declined to provide: a public, viewpoint-neutral coalition demanding that Congress preserve the records of the last censorship regime, hold public hearings under oath, and pass enforceable protections against the next one — including a private right of action against federal officials who coerce speech intermediaries. The coalition launches publicly on September 17, 2026 at Children’s Health Defense’s To Form a More Perfect Future conference in Washington, D.C., alongside HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Sen. Ron Johnson, Sen. Rand Paul, and Rep. Thomas Massie.
