The launch film

Open the Record — in production.

A 75-second documentary film anchored in Sayer Ji’s recorded narration and the original case records — the CCDH report, the May 6, 2021 White House email, the 60% distribution reduction on GreenMedInfo.com, and the July 28, 2026 dismissal order. Publishing before September 17.

The 30- and 15-second cuts and the full creative brief will drop on this page when the film is ready. In the meantime, everything else in this kit is finished and free to use.

Sept 16 — teaser (for X, Facebook, IG caption)
Tomorrow in Washington: Restore the First launches at the CHD conference.

Six of us sued the federal government and a foreign-linked NGO for censoring Americans on a private list of "misinformation" targets.

The court dismissed us on procedure. So we're taking the record to the country.

Sept 17 — launch post (X / Facebook / LinkedIn)
Restore the First is live.

We are the six plaintiffs in Finn v. Global Engagement Center. We sued because we were put on a foreign-produced "misinformation" list — and then throttled, deplatformed, and demonetized without notice, without process, and without a court ever hearing the merits.

Our case was dismissed on July 28, 2026.

The record was not.

All 210 court filings, our Statement of Facts, and a Private Right of Action proposal are now public:

Restore the First is live.

The court never let us reach the merits. So we're taking the merits to the country.

All 210 court filings. Statement of Facts. Policy blueprint. Coalition of aligned organizations.

Newsletter / Substack blurb (3-4 sentences)
Restore the First launched this week — a citizens’ coalition built directly on Finn v. Global Engagement Center, the federal lawsuit six of us filed after we were named on a foreign-produced “misinformation” list and quietly censored across major platforms. The court dismissed the case on July 28, 2026, without ever reaching the merits. In response, we’ve made the entire record public: 210 court filings, our sworn declarations, a Statement of Facts, and a proposed federal Private Right of Action so this cannot happen to anyone else, in silence, ever again. See it and act at restorethe1st.com.
